Bullying & Harassment

An enlightening full or half-day tailor-made session for leaders and colleagues. This course covers what bullying and harassment is and what it is not. We cover the different types and the implications to the business. During the interactive day the team will understand their rights and responsibilities, the reporting system and how to create a bullying and harassment-free environment.
